Why this workshop

You don’t need another year of thinking about your podcast. You need to decide who it’s for, what you’ll say, and how you’ll get episode one recorded. Start there.

What's inside

From “I have an idea” to “I can record this.”

01

Position the Show

Choose a theme you can keep talking about, identify your listener, and find your unique angle. Learn how to turn that foundation into episode topics that give people a reason to tune in.

02

Prepare the Conversation

Decide whether to go solo, bring in guests, or work with a co-host. Learn how to invite and prepare guests, shape the episode flow, and guide a conversation without losing your own voice.

03

Make Recording Happen

Build a recording schedule that fits your life, plan episodes in batches, and start with tools you can actually use—even your phone. Get an introduction to editing, distribution, and promotion so you can see the path to launch.

Who this is for

If any of these sound like you, you're in the right room.

You don’t need a fully formed idea, an audience, or a studio. Bring the thing you keep wanting to talk about. Use the training to turn it into a show you can start.

What you walk away with

Watch with your idea in mind. Pause, make the decisions, and build your plan for episode one.

i.

A clearer show concept: your theme, your listener, and the perspective only you can bring.

ii.

A practical episode approach: topics to explore, a format that fits, and a plan for preparing guests.

iii.

A manageable next step: choose your recording tools, block your calendar, and prepare your first episode.

Common questions

Answers, before you ask.

Is this live or self-paced?
This is the replay of TaVia’s Podcasting 101 workshop. Follow the recorded training at your own pace and apply it to your idea as you go. It is not a ticket to a future live session or individual coaching.
Do I need equipment before signing up?
No. The training encourages starting with tools you already have, including your phone. You don’t need to buy a microphone or build a studio before you begin.
What if I already have a podcast?
Use the fundamentals to revisit your audience, sharpen your topics, and simplify your recording process. The training is beginner-focused, but it can also help you rethink a show you’ve started and stopped.
What if I don’t have a podcast idea yet?
You can start there, too. The workshop begins with choosing a theme: what you care about, what you could keep talking about, and who would benefit from hearing your perspective. You can make those decisions as you watch.
What's the refund policy?
Digital workshops are non-refundable once access is granted. See the Terms of Use for full details.
